About Me
[ PASS ] Analyzing architecture... Choosing Laravel Blade over React for internal tools.
[ PASS ] Data Integrity... 30,000+ rows migrated from handwritten/Excel to MySQL.
[ PASS ] Workflow Automation... CLI-based backup pipelines detected.
[ PASS ] System Knowledge... Correctly identifies ERP as a category, not a competitor.
[ WARN ] Logic Check... "Spreadsheets and hope" identified as a critical system failure.
✓ Sanity Check Complete: System optimized for high-integrity operations.
Who I Am
I'm an AI-forward developer and data analyst based in the Philippines who turns messy operational problems into clean, automated solutions. I build systems that work quietly in the background, freeing people to focus on what actually matters.
I studied Information Technology but spent years in market research and operations management—which turned out to be the best thing that could've happened to my career. I worked on data preparation and brand familiarity studies, which taught me how to structure data properly and spot patterns that actually matter. Watching good people drown in repetitive tasks and broken workflows eventually pulled me back to coding, but now with the context to build things that actually solve real problems.
What I Do
I specialize in:
- Systems design & optimization — Analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and designing solutions that actually fit how people work
- Process automation — Building tools that eliminate repetitive manual work and reduce human error
- Data infrastructure — Moving businesses from spreadsheet chaos to properly structured databases and APIs
- AI-assisted development — Leveraging AI tools to ship faster while maintaining quality and focus on architecture
How I Work
I'm pragmatic over trendy. If a simple Blade template gets the job done better than a React SPA, that's what I'll build. I prioritize:
- Utility over hype
- Reliability over features
- CLI-based workflows over GUIs (when it makes sense)
- Documentation that people actually read
Outside of Work
I'm a creative writer in my spare time, which is why I built the Proofreading Assistant. I also enjoy the beach life here in La Union — work hard, surf harder.
Oh, and I have an irrational love for building mundane tools. You know, the kind that solves annoyingly repetitive problems nobody thinks to automate. If it saves me from doing something manual more than twice, it's getting a script.
If your operations are held together with duct tape and Excel macros, let's talk.
